Why CZE Solutions
Small and mid-sized companies are dealing with two things at once. Regulation adds obligations with hard deadlines, and technology moves faster than internal teams can keep up. You rarely need an agency that “does everything”. You need someone who names the problem, proposes a specific solution and sees it through.
That is why CZE Solutions offers specific results with a clear scope: getting ready for EET 2.0, NIS2, web accessibility and the AI Act, services such as an MVP in 14 days or a fractional CTO, and workshops on AI-assisted development.
CZE-Solutions s.r.o. was founded in 2023. Before focusing on these offers, we built custom software, for example a management system for sports events and an online insurance purchase flow.
How we work
- Understand first, then build. We start by clarifying the goal, the constraints and what you already have. Only then do we propose a solution.
- Small steps with visible results. We split the work into short stages. After each one, you can see what is done.
- AI-assisted development with quality control. We use tools such as Claude Code (an AI coding assistant). They speed up the work, but every output is checked by a person, by tests and by code review.
- Documentation and handover. The result has to work without us. We hand over the code, documentation and an operations guide.
Michal Czerník
Michal Czerník is the founder and managing director of CZE-Solutions s.r.o. What you can expect from him:
- Leading development teams. He sets up the team, roles and way of working so that results are predictable.
- Managing the full SDLC. The SDLC (software development lifecycle) covers analysis, architecture, development, testing and operations. Michal manages all of these phases, not just one.
- Experience as a CTO. He translates business goals into technical decisions, a budget into a team and an idea into a plan.
- AI-assisted development. He builds applications with Claude Code and teaches teams how to use AI tools without losing quality.

How we cooperate
Fixed scope, no time-based billing
Every engagement has a scope, an output and a duration agreed in advance. We do not bill for time spent. If the scope changes, we agree on it first and then continue.
Clear outputs
You know in advance what you will get: a document, an application, a training session, an action plan. We describe the output so that you can verify it is done.
Honest about who we are not for
We are not a good fit if you:
- are looking for developers on standby without a clear goal and output,
- need a large full-time team for several years,
- mainly want the cheapest solution regardless of operations and maintenance.
In that case, we are happy to tell you who to look for instead.
Confidentiality and NDAs
We treat information about your company as confidential. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first consultation if you ask. We do not publish client names without their consent.
Ownership of the result
We do not disappear after handover. We agree on what support looks like and who will develop the solution further.

Do you bill for time spent?
No, we do not bill for time spent. Every engagement has a fixed scope and a clearly described output, so you know what you will get before we start.
Will you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first consultation if you ask. We can use your template or send you ours.
Who are you not a good fit for?
We are not a good fit for projects without a clear goal or for open-ended developer staffing. We are also not the right choice if you need a large full-time team for several years.
How quickly do you respond?
We usually reply to enquiries within one business day. In a free initial consultation, we check together whether and how we can help.
Do you work with international companies operating in Czechia?
Yes, we work in Czech and English with companies across the Czech Republic. Most of the work happens online, and we meet in person when it makes sense.
