Workshops · IT freelancer business program

From a freelancer who does anything to a business with a clear offer

For developers, analysts and other freelance IT specialists who want to stop selling their time and start running a business.

What you are dealing with

You can do anything, so nobody looks for you

When asked what you do, you answer with a list of technologies. Clients do not know what to come to you with, so they choose on price.

Work comes in waves and only through people you know

One big client pays for the whole year. When they leave, you do not know where to find the next one, because you never had to sell.

You sell time, and your ceiling is your calendar

Earning more means working more. You handle pricing, contracts and scope from scratch every time, and slightly differently every time.

What the program covers

The program takes you from a generic offer to a business built on clear value for the client.

  1. From “I can do anything” to a clear offer: who you work for, what problem you solve and what sets you apart.
  2. First clients: where to find them, how to approach people you know and people you do not, and how to run the first conversation.
  3. Productised services: how to turn repeated work into a service with a fixed scope, deliverable and deadline.
  4. Pricing and contracts: how to price by value rather than by time, and what to cover in a contract.
  5. Marketing and sales: a simple system you can keep up alongside client work.
  6. AI as leverage: where AI speeds up delivery, proposal writing and marketing, and where caution is needed.

Each topic ends with a practical assignment on your own offer. This is not business theory but concrete copy, a price list, proposal templates and an outreach plan that you will actually use after the program. The cohort of other freelancers gives you the kind of feedback you will not get from family or friends.

Why a waitlist

The program is currently at full capacity. We deliberately keep groups small, because mentoring only works where there is time for everyone. That is why the next cohort will again be open to a limited number of people. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. As soon as the date and terms are known, you will be among the first to hear.

If you lead a team that wants to speed up development with AI, take a look at the AI-assisted development workshop with Claude Code.

What you get

  • A clearly worded offer for a specific type of client
  • At least one productised service with a fixed scope
  • A way to set prices and prepare proposals
  • An overview of what to cover in client contracts
  • A marketing and sales plan you can manage alongside client work
  • Practical ways to use AI in your own work and in sales
  • Group sessions with a mentor and a cohort of other freelancers

Why work with us

A view from both sides of the table

Michal Czerník leads development teams and has experience in the CTO role. He knows how companies choose external specialists and why they turn them down.

The full SDLC as the basis for your offer

Because he manages the full SDLC from analysis to operations, he can help you find where in the development process you bring clients the most value.

AI as leverage, from his own practice

He builds applications himself with AI-assisted development in Claude Code. He shows how AI speeds up delivery and lets you sell a fixed scope instead of time.
