What does “fixed scope” mean?
Before we start, we agree in writing on exactly what we will deliver, by when and at what price. Scope changes are discussed openly and always before any work on them begins.
Do you work on an hourly basis?
No. We work towards clearly defined outputs or on a monthly retainer with a fixed scope. Hourly billing rewards slow work; we want to be fast.
How do you use AI in development?
We use AI-assisted development (Claude Code) to write code, tests and documentation faster. A human reviews every change, and we never send your sensitive data to AI tools without agreement.
