Products · EET for e-shops
For e-shops where customers also pay in person – at pickup, in a showroom, at a pickup point or at a trade fair. We are preparing a web app that connects sales recording directly to your orders.
Some orders are paid online by card, others at pickup in the shop. The law distinguishes in-person payments from remote payments, and the line is not obvious for in-store pickup.
Pickup or the showroom is a smaller part of revenue. A second system where orders are retyped by hand means extra work and mistakes.
Recording must happen at the moment of payment, and within 48 hours if the internet is down. Staff at the pickup desk need one button, not training.
Act No. 180/2026 Coll. on sales recording takes effect on 1 January 2027. Every in-person payment must be recorded – a payment made in personal contact with the customer. For an e-shop, what matters is not that the order was placed online, but where, when and how the customer paid.
| Payment method | Record it? |
|---|---|
| Online payment gateway, Apple Pay / Google Pay on the web | generally not – remote payment |
| Bank transfer, invoice | generally not – no personal contact |
| Cash on delivery via a carrier | generally not – the carrier collects the cash and transfers it to your account |
| In-store pickup with payment on site (cash, card, QR) | yes – in-person payment |
| Showroom, own shop, fair, market | yes – in-person payment |
The table is indicative. Assess borderline cases (own delivery, payment to your own driver, pickup points) against the Financial Administration guidance.
The free state app MOJE eet requires each sale to be entered by hand. For an e-shop that means retyping amounts from orders and then matching sales to orders for accounting. The app we are preparing starts from orders: staff at the pickup desk look up the order, confirm the payment method, and the sale is sent to the Financial Administration linked to the order number.
The app is a PWA (progressive web app): it opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer and can be pinned to the home screen like a regular app. Nothing is installed from an app store.
We are preparing the app and the first e-shops get it in a pilot programme. In the pilot we go through which payments you must record, help with the certificate and the e-shop connection, and fine-tune the app to your operation. Joining the pilot is not binding.
now
Leave your e-mail. We will get in touch and go through how your customers pay and which e-shop platform you use.
week 1
Based on your payment and pickup methods, we determine which payments are in-person and must be recorded, and which are not.
before go-live
We help with the EET certificate, connect the app to your orders and test sending in the Financial Administration test environment.
January 2027
In January 2027 sales recording runs in pilot mode. We go through it together and fine-tune the app to your operation.
ongoing, monthly
We run the app and update it as the Financial Administration interface changes.
The app starts from e-shop orders. Staff do not retype amounts, and every sale is matched to an order, which your accountant will appreciate.
Analysis, development and operations are run by one person. Pilot e-shops talk directly to the person building the app.
We develop with tools like Claude Code, so feedback from the pilot gets into the app quickly.
Self-check
A short questionnaire with an instant result and recommended steps. No sign-up, no e-mail.
Free checklist
EET 2.0: checklist for software vendors and businesses. What a POS software vendor needs to do by 1 January 2027, and what a business that takes payments from customers in person needs to do. Two separate checklists based on Act No. 180/2026 Coll. and the Financial Administration's timeline.
Only for in-person payments, i.e. when the customer pays face to face – for example at pickup, in a showroom or at a fair, in cash, by card or by QR code. Remote payments through an online payment gateway or by bank transfer without personal contact are generally not recorded.
Generally not, if the carrier collects the cash from the customer and transfers it to your account. Borderline cases (pickup, own delivery, pickup points) should be assessed against the Financial Administration guidance or with a tax adviser; we go through them with you in the pilot.
MOJE eet is a free state app and may be enough for small businesses. Our app is meant for e-shops that want to record sales straight from orders, with multiple pickup points, staff and an overview for the accountant.
We are preparing the app and the first e-shops get it in the pilot programme. The launch date and terms are agreed individually with each e-shop in the pilot.
Act No. 180/2026 Coll. takes effect on 1 January 2027. According to the Financial Administration, recording runs in pilot mode during January 2027.
The sale must then be sent without delay, within 48 hours at the latest. The app keeps unsent sales in a queue and sends them once the connection is back.
No. According to the Financial Administration, receipts do not have to be printed, and individual items and VAT rates are not recorded.
