Services · Connectors for Pohoda, Money, ABRA

We connect your accounting with your e-shop, CRM and warehouse

For companies that retype orders, invoices or stock movements by hand between their accounting system and other tools.

What you are dealing with

Orders are retyped by hand

Every day someone copies orders from the e-shop into accounting. It takes time, and mistakes are found only at month-end closing.

E-shop stock does not match reality

The e-shop sells goods that are no longer in stock, or hides goods that are. Customers and the sales team are both unhappy.

The vendor who built the integration is gone

Years ago someone wrote a script or add-on that moved the data. Now it has stopped working and nobody knows how to fix it.

The systems we connect

If your company was set up outside Czechia, some of these names may be new to you. Pohoda, Money (in the S3, S4 and S5 editions) and ABRA are Czech accounting and ERP systems commonly used by Czech businesses and their accountants. Shoptet and Upgates are Czech e-commerce platforms for running an online shop. WooCommerce is the international e-shop plugin for WordPress.

Supported combinations

The table shows which combinations of systems we cover. “Custom” means we build the connector for your specific situation. “In preparation” means we are working on a ready-made connector offered as a subscription. If you do not see your combination in the table, get in touch and we will assess it.

How a connector works

A connector regularly reads data from one system, converts it into a format the other system understands and writes it there. The link goes through the official API or through exports and imports, depending on what the system and its version allow. Typical examples:

  • orders from the e-shop into accounting as documents,
  • stock levels from accounting or the warehouse system into the e-shop,
  • customers and invoices between accounting and the CRM,
  • prices and products from one place into all other systems.

For every connector we agree in advance which system is the master for each piece of data. This prevents two systems from overwriting each other.

If your data currently lives in spreadsheets, it may make sense to first build an internal application from Excel and only then connect it to accounting.

What you get

  • Analysis of data flows between your systems
  • Design of which data moves in which direction and how often
  • Connector deployed and configured for your systems
  • Error checks and alerts when a transfer fails
  • A log of every transfer for tracing problems
  • Documentation and ongoing maintenance when the connected systems change

How it works

  1. week 1

    Systems and data analysis

We find out which systems you use, what data flows between them and what integration options they offer.

  2. week 2

    Integration design

We design the data mapping, direction and frequency of transfers. You approve the scope.

  3. weeks 3–5

    Build and testing

We build the connector and test it on a copy of your data or in a test environment, never on your live accounting.

  4. from launch, ongoing

    Launch and maintenance

We go live, monitor the first transfers and keep maintaining the connector.

Who it is for

  • Companies with accounting in Pohoda, Money or ABRA
  • E-shops running on Shoptet, WooCommerce or Upgates
  • Companies that retype data by hand between two or more systems
  • Companies with an older integration that no longer works or is not maintained

Who it is not for

  • Companies for which a ready-made add-on available directly in their system is enough
  • Integrations the vendor's system does not support, not even through exports
  • Companies that want to change their accounting procedures, not the data transfer

Why work with us

We understand both data and operations

Michal Czerník manages the full SDLC from analysis to operations. We design the connector around how the company actually works, not just around the technical documentation.

Reliability before speed

Experience leading teams and in the CTO role means tests, transfer logs and error alerts from day one.

Faster build with AI

With AI-assisted development in Claude Code we handle data mapping and tests faster. The time goes into the edge cases where connectors usually fail.

Frequently asked questions

Which systems can you connect?

We focus on Pohoda, Money S3/S4/S5 and ABRA on one side and e-shops, CRM and warehouse systems on the other. The status of each combination is shown in the table on this page.

How does the connector link to my system?

Through the official API or through exports and imports, depending on what the specific system and its version allow. We determine the right route during the analysis.

What is an API?

An API is an interface through which programs exchange data. If a system offers one, it is usually the most reliable way to connect to it.

What is the difference between a ready-made and a custom connector?

A ready-made connector covers a common combination of systems and is provided as a subscription. A custom connector is built for your specific systems and rules.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The connector logs the error and sends an alert. No data is lost, and the transfer can be repeated once the issue is fixed.

Do you test on my live accounting?

No, we test on a copy of your data or in a test environment. The connector is allowed to touch live data only after your approval.
